How does it work?
It's easy, you tell us the design you want along with the specifications of the diamond(s) and we'll work with our team of jewellers and diamond houses across the globe to bring your design to a reality.
Why is it much better value?
In simple terms, we have very few overheads and so we can focus on what's important: you and your requirements. There's no question about it, we work efficiently and effectively to ensure our clients receive the best possible service from start to finish. We search for our diamonds in all corners of the globe, not only looking for the best value but the best quality too. All of our diamonds are certified by GIA (the most highly regarded diamond grading laboratory in the world) and have a laser inscription in the girdle of the diamond to ensure we can verify the diamond's identity. Because we buy our diamonds from all across the globe, we're not stung by a premium for buying them here in the UK, we have the ability to purchase better (and bigger!) diamonds due to our relationship with diamond houses worldwide and the saving is passed across to you.
Is the quality good?
It goes without saying that the quality of our diamonds are excellent, we're transparent with regards to the specifications of each diamond - all of our diamonds are GIA certified and we list the GIA certificate alongside each and every diamond listing on our website so you know exactly what you're buying. Each and every diamond will also have a laser inscription in the girdle to ensure we can verify the diamond's identity. In addition to diamond(s), we're incredibly proud of the quality of our craftsmanship, taking care to ensure we only work with the best jewellers in the UK and Europe. Our jewellers have worked in the greatest jewellery houses in the world and now they use their skill and attention to detail to ensure you receive the same care and first-class service. How is my item delivered to me?
For items under £2,500 (including VAT) we send using Royal Mail's Special Delivery service which is fully insured and requires a signature upon receipt. For items above £2,500 we use a courier and your item(s) will require a signature to be released to you.
